Every order is protected by our service promise. We prepare food in a licensed commercial kitchen, transport it in temperature-controlled vehicles and deliver within an agreed time window. If we are more than 15 minutes late for a timed corporate or event order, we will credit 10% of the food cost back. Allergen and dietary requests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before delivery so we can manage cross-contamination safely.
